Having served three decades in a corporate environment, I honed my skills in customer service, leadership, and hands-on technical training, utilizing a personal approach to connecting and influencing others in becoming their best self. I earned a Master of Business Administration (Entrepreneurial Management) from Davenport University and a PhD from Capella University in Education (Post-Secondary & Adult Education). Additionally, I have received certification as a John Maxwell Executive Director. When I discovered my purpose, which is helping others succeed, I knew that I had to dedicate my efforts toward helping others create a life of significance. I am particularly focused on the facilitation of women uncovering their purpose, realizing dreams, achieving goals and taking action on their aspirations through coaching and training.
Now, as the Founder and President of George Thomas Coaching, Consulting, and Training Growth Services, LLC, I continue my passion for leadership, personal and professional growth, and team development. My passion is exhibited through Mastermind groups, Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Lunch and Learn sessions, Keynote Speaking and group or one-on-one coaching .
